Rob has been working as a lecturer, and nurse educator  for a public and private providers since 2000. In 2004, he commenced full-time position as a Nurse Educator for Queensland Health.

Whilst loving his job, the motivation to start his own business was triggered by a request in 2007, to provide education in the 3rd Year MBBS program for Medical Students at the University of Queensland.

Rob originally started up as a sole trader, later registering the entity as a business “ECT4Health Pty Ltd” in 2014.

The vision Rob had was to always provide nursing education via seminars, workshops and conferences around Australia and the Pacific. 

On 12th May 2014, on International Nurses Day, Rob  commenced full time as director and principal educator of ECT4Health. Since committing full-time, the ECT4Health team have delivered over 380 seminars and workshops and enjoyed Holidays and  7 CPD cruising holidays with groups of Nurses and Paramedics.  ECT4Health is fully Nurse owned, and operated and has no affiliation with any nursing recruitment / agencies, but offers taylored education to Hospitals, Aged care facilities, Agencies, and Remote/rural & correctional facilities.

Always interested in the science behind the care that health professionals provide, Rob developed the mission for all future pursuits.

To this day, ECT4Health is known for offering science rich, evidence-based education in an easy to learn format that complements practical care.  ECT4Health truly puts the “science into the art of nursing”.
